Our client is seeking an experienced practically minded Premises Manager to take strategic and daily operational control of their extensive school estate. Working closely with the School Business Manager you will direct caretaking and grounds staff to ensure a pristine safe and highly functional environment.
You will oversee the premises operational budget direct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules manage external contractor tendering and oversee site development projects. Crucially you will assume personal accountability for maintaining immaculate statutory testing logsincluding Legionella water controls asbestos management plans and fire safety audits.
