Additionally you will handle minor fabric maintenance taskssuch as painting assembling furniture tracking assets unblocking localized drainage facilities and conducting statutory safety checks like water temperature monitoring and fire alarm tests.
You will maintain professional communication channels with the Site Manager teaching staff and external cleaning networks ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Strong time-management skills are required to balance urgent reactive porterage requests with routine compliance tasks in a busy urban academy environment.
