Pre-Construction Manager

Were looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join our growing commercial team at AIM.

This is a key role where youll lead projects from initial enquiry through to contract award ensuring theyre commercially viable technically sound and set up for success.

• Leading bids and managing the full tender process

• Developing cost plans programmes and methodologies

• Coordinating design with consultants and internal teams

• Identifying risks opportunities and value engineering solutions

• Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners

• Supporting the successful handover to delivery teams

• 510 years experience in construction

• Background in pre-construction estimating or project management

• Strong commercial and technical knowledge

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Degree in Construction Management Quantity Surveying Engineering or similar
