Were looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our welcoming team at 23 Cosmetic Dental Clinic in Morpeth.

• Full-time position 40 hours per week
• Working pattern: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays working flexibly between 8:00am 6:00pm
• Competitive salary dependent on experience
• Fully private practice
• Established for over 25 years with a trusted reputation for delivering exceptional patient care
• Lead a modern purpose-built practice with two ground-floor surgeries
• Manage and support a highly experienced friendly team in a collaborative environment
• Oversee a practice providing a wide range of treatments including general dentistry cosmetic dentistry orthodontics and dental implants
• Work closely with a supportive Operations Manager and Business Partners to drive practice performance team development and continued growth
• Play a key role in maintaining an exceptional patient journey while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

Please note that as part of your role youll be the Registered Manager for this practice.  

About you

• A healthcare retail hospitality or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus but not essential 
• Passionate about delivering great service 
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best 
• Confident working with financials (P&L KPIs budgets) 
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities to a compliant process-driven practice team
