Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic P&RSupervisor to oversee the operational management service delivery and compliance of our Patrol & Response branches. You will lead service delivery manage key client relationships and ensure total compliance with company and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily P&R branch performance conduct regular workaudits and maintain audit-ready company records.
- Act as the primary contact for predefined customers lead KPI meetings and swiftly resolve service complaints with formal Corrective Action Plans.
- Partner with subcontractors manage task scheduling and deliver services to ensure staff exceed G4S performance standards.
- Facilitate new business setups identify upsell opportunities and verify daily tasks to ensure accurate invoicing and support cash collection.
- Streamline operating processes to find cost savings and improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
Requirements
- Driving Licence:Full UK drivers licence with a maximum of6 points.
- Location:West Midlands / North West England / North Wales
- Communication:Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders subcontractors and high-profile corporate clients.
- Standards:Strict adherence to Health & Safety ISO and Information Governance policies.
