PPA Teacher Candidate Requirements
Confident delivering lessons across the primary curriculum
Previous experience as a PPA Teacher Class Teacher or Cover Teacher preferred
QTS strongly preferred due to the level of responsibility
Strong behaviour management and clear communication skills
Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Reliable organised and able to cover different classes across the week
Must be able to commit for the full academic year
