About the role

Were looking for a Power BI Developer to help turn data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organisation. Working with stakeholders at all levels youll create reporting and dashboards that help teams understand performance identify trends and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Gather analyse and interpret live business data relating to sales stock customers and finance.
• Develop maintain and improve dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business teams and senior managers to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
• Present complex data in a clear and meaningful way for non-technical audiences.
• Help automate recurring reports and improve data processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
• Support the ongoing development and maintenance of reporting frameworks and data structures.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support projects operational requirements and business decisions.
• Take ownership of issues and seek to provide swift solutions.
• Support colleagues with data and reporting queries when required.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of company information at all times.

Skills knowledge and experience

• Confident using Microsoft Excel to work with data spot trends and create useful reports.
• Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards that are clear useful and easy to understand.
• Able to analyse data find patterns and turn the results into clear insights through regular and one-off reporting.
• Comfortable working with CSV files databases and other structured data to prepare information for reporting.
• Ability to communicate data insights in a clear accessible way for non-technical users to support decision-making
