Post Room Assistant
Job Summary
Based in our Grimsby office we are looking for a proactive and organised Post Room Assistant to join our Facilities team. This is a varied and hands-on role providing essential administrative support to the smooth running of our post room and catering services. Working closely with colleagues across the business you will play an important part in ensuring mail document services meeting refreshments and office supplies are managed efficiently while delivering excellent service to both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the collection distribution processing and dispatch of incoming and outgoing mail ensuring urgent requests are prioritised.
- Provide document support services including photocopying printing scanning bundling and assisting with legal document preparation.
- Deliver catering support for meetings and events including the preparation and serving of drinks and refreshments.
- Monitor replenish and organise stationery and office supplies to maintain a well-equipped working environment.
- Provide general administrative support to the Facilities team and Office Manager responding efficiently to post room and service requests received by email.
