We are looking for a compassionate patient enthusiastic and fun-loving individual to join our team in a 2:1 support role. You will be supporting a cheerful and playful man who is thoughtful energetic warm-hearted and full of character.

He lives at home with his family and is primarily supported while his parents are at work. The role involves providing meaningful daily opportunities for him to engage in activities he enjoys and that promote his wellbeing. This may include accessing the local community sensory-based activities developing independent living skills arts and crafts baking and listening to music which he particularly enjoys. You will also encourage participation in physical activities such as walks trips to the park and swimming.

He is autistic and has a severe learning disability epilepsy and behaviours that can at times be challenging. Due to the complexity of his needs you will always work alongside an experienced member of the support team ensuring a safe consistent and positive environment for both him and his staff.

He has his own car so you must be a driver with a full UK driving license.
