Job Summary
PMLD Communication Teaching Assistant Wandsworth
Help pupils with profound and multiple learning disabilities communicate preferences engage with sensory learning and take an active part in school life.
What you will do
- Use objects of reference intensive interaction and agreed communication systems.
- Support sensory learning positioning and individual programmes.
- Recognise and record small but meaningful responses.
- Work closely with teachers therapists and care colleagues.
What you will bring
- Relevant PMLD complex-needs or care experience.
- A patient attentive and respectful approach.
- Reliable teamwork and safeguarding practice.
- QTS is not required for this teaching-assistant role.
Contract: Full-time temporary
Pay: 110150 per day PAYE

Required Skills:
PMLD support communication sensory learning safeguarding
Required Education:
Relevant PMLD complex-needs or care experience; QTS is not required.
