• Support sensory learning positioning and communication activities.
• Follow individual education health and care guidance.
• Assist with personal care while protecting dignity and comfort.
• Record observations and contribute to consistent multidisciplinary support.

• Relevant PMLD complex-needs care or classroom experience.
• Confidence following specialist guidance and support plans.
• A warm patient and dependable approach.
• QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
