GreenGenUK is expanding again across Devon and Cornwall and were looking for experienced Plumbing & Heating Installers to join our growing renewable energy team.

The Role

Youll work on a wide variety of domestic renewable heating projects across Devon and Cornwall including:

• Air Source Heat Pump installations

• Ground Source Heat Pump installations

• Unvented hot water cylinders

• Heating system upgrades

• Radiator and pipework installations

• Heating controls and system optimisation

• New-build renewable heating projects

• Renewable retrofit projects

Youll be working in customers homes as part of a professional installation team delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

The role includes paid travel throughout Devon and Cornwall with occasional overnight stays where required.

What Were Looking For

Experienced Installers

• NVQ Level 2 minimum (Level 3 preferred)

• At least 2 years plumbing and heating installation experience

• Good understanding of domestic heating systems

• Strong customer-facing and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full UK driving licence

Apprentices & Trainees

• Ideally in the second or third year of a plumbing and heating apprenticeship

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn

• Interested in developing a career within renewable energy

• Professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Previous heat pump experience is welcome but not essential. Full training and support will be provided to the right candidates.
