Job Summary
At Connexus our Repairs team maintain and prepare our properties. The role of Plumber Multi Skilled within the Repairs team is to deliver plumbing repairs and to carry out other relevant building maintenance works as required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and capability in multi-skilled plumbing works. You will be capable of working independently but also as a key part of a team. All work is planned and issued electronically; training will be given in this but basic IT skills are a necessity. You must be capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will be based from home with occasional travel to our offices but normally directly to site each day and covering all geographical areas of Connexus Housing.

- A competent ability in Plumbing with skills in multi skill elements.
- Reliable self-motivated and flexible attitude.
- Effective and efficient ways of working including excellent time management techniques.
- Excellent customer service attributes and behaviours enhancing the customers experience.
- Team player
- Served an apprenticeship in Plumbing or obtained an equivalent City & Guilds or NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing.
