Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Plumber to join our Repairs Team delivering reactive maintenance to council tenanted properties. The successful candidate will carry out high-quality plumbing repairs ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and to a high standard while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance in council tenanted properties.
Diagnose plumbing faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
Ensure all work is completed safely efficiently and in line with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
Maintain tools materials and work records and support the wider repairs team when required.
Essentials:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (or equivalent) or substantial plumbing experience.
Strong plumbing repair and fault-finding skills.
Experience carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs.
Good knowledge of health and safety practices.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
