Drive transformation across leading investment and core banking platforms across the financial services industry

The Role

We are expanding our Wealth & Asset Management capability and are seeking experienced Platform Consultants to support growing client demand across strategic platform transformation programmes. We are particularly interested in professionals with experience across platforms such as Aladdin Temenos Avaloq Charles River and other front-to-back investment wealth and banking solutions.

You will play a key role in helping clients maximise the value of their platform investments delivering complex business and technology change initiatives while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

What Youll Do

• Support the delivery of platform implementation integration upgrade and transformation programmes across wealth asset management and banking clients.
• Work with business and technology teams to optimise workflows operating models and platform capabilities.
• Gather analyse and document business and technical requirements to support successful programme delivery.
• Support data migration system integration testing and deployment activities across complex technology landscapes.
• Act as a trusted advisor between business stakeholders technology teams vendors and project leadership.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience working with at least one major financial services platform such as Aladdin Temenos Avaloq Charles River or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting platform implementation configuration integration migration or optimisation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of wealth management asset management investment management or core banking processes.
• Experience working with both business and technology stakeholders within change and transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points For

• Experience across multiple platforms including Aladdin Temenos Avaloq Charles River SimCorp FNZ or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of OMS IBOR/ABOR portfolio management risk management compliance or core banking functions.
• Technical skills including SQL APIs Python data analysis or cloud technologies.
• Experience within consulting client-facing delivery or advisory environments.
• Exposure to target operating model design platform strategy or large-scale transformation programmes.
