Enterprise Education is the Universitys gateway between academic programs and industry government and community partners. Working across faculties and portfolios the team designs enables and scales highimpact partnerships that deliver practical learning professional placement and experiential learning opportunities for students. These partnerships strengthen student employability while supporting industry capability and community outcomes across Western Australia.

About the opportunity

  • Coordinating administrative processes that support the delivery of WIL placements across faculties.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for students staff and partners resolving routine enquiries and escalating complex matters.
  • Supporting consistent highquality operational practices across WIL programs.

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Substantial experience in senior or complex administrative support roles.
  • Proven ability to support students and learning and teaching activities in a tertiary environment.
  • Highly developed written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet competing deadlines.
