1. Rigorous Instruction: Designing and delivering high-challenge Physics and general Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) with opportunities to teach A-Level Physics for suitably qualified candidates.

2. Mathematical Mastery: Systematically developing students ability to manipulate equations rearrange formulas and apply mathematical reasoning to complex physical problems.

3. Practical Execution: Leading safe precise laboratory investigations that teach students how to minimize measurement errors and analyse empirical data critically.

4. Targeted Interventions: Utilizing diagnostic data to track student progress offering sharp actionable feedback to maximize performance in terminal examinations.

5. STEM Advocacy: Supporting extra-curricular initiatives such as engineering clubs astronomy societies or university masterclass applications.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for an enthusiastic subject specialist who possesses a genuine passion for the logic and beauty of physical laws. Your profile should include:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong honours degree in Physics Engineering or a highly quantitative related discipline.
