  4. Academic Mentorship: Utilising detailed tracking and tailored feedback to support students aiming for top grades including preparation for Oxbridge applications and competitive university admissions tests.

  5. Enrichment Contribution: Supporting the schools extensive co-curricular programme such as leading astronomy societies engineering clubs or supervising specialized research projects.


The Successful Candidate We are looking for a subject authority who is passionate about cultivating a culture of evidence-based thinking and intellectual curiosity. Requirements include:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognized equivalent alongside a strong honours degree in Physics Engineering or a highly quantitative discipline.

  • Proven Track Record: Evidence of delivering exceptional learning outcomes at GCSE and A-Level with a sophisticated understanding of terminal examination requirements.

  • Instructional Precision: The ability to explain abstract physical concepts with clarity mathematical rigour and flair fostering a deep engagement with the subject.
