Due to exciting growth OSPT a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners has an immediate opportunity for a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a PTA with us youll play an integral role in delivering exceptional evidence-based care to a diverse and active patient population. Youll work side-by-side with experienced physical therapists in a supportive high-energy environment where teamwork and learning thrive.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Co-treating and collaborating with physical therapists to provide individualized hands-on care.
  • Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises manual techniques and functional training programs.
  • Accurately documenting treatment sessions patient progress and outcomes in accordance with clinic and compliance standards.
  • Educating and motivating patients to stay engaged throughout their rehab journey.
  • Tracking progress communicating updates and ensuring continuity of care.
  • Contributing to a positive team-oriented clinic culture that emphasizes excellence and patient success

About You

Youd be a great fit for this role if you bring the following:

  • Strong orthopedic experience and a passion for delivering quality evidence-based patient care.
  • Experience treating a diverse caseload including general orthopedics pre/post-surgical rehab spine care balance and vestibular conditions.
  • A strong interest in sports medicine and manual-based care working with athletes from the Cape Cod Baseball League high school athletes active seniors and weekend warriors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with patients and teammates.
  • A team-first mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
  • A desire for continuous learning collaboration and professional growth.
  • A pending or active and in good-standing Massachusetts PTA license.
