Where Youll Work

What Youll Do

• Studio Operations Support: Lead the end-to-end management of studio logistics ensuring the environment is organised efficient and fully prepared for daily shoot requirements.
• Product Preparation: Execute expert garment preparation including steaming to ensure every item is camera-ready and perfectly reflects the intended silhouette.
• On-Set Styling: Collaborate with photographer and the lead stylist to assist with technical on-set styling ensuring consistency in positioning and product alignment across all categories.
• Workflow Management: Coordinate the movement of samples between the warehouse and the studio maintaining meticulous inventory tracking to meet all production deadlines.
• Quality Control: Conduct final checks on all imagery to ensure products are presented accurately and aesthetically adhering strictly to established brand style guides.
• Studio Maintenance: Oversee the organisation of styling kits props and equipment ensuring the studio remains a functional and professional creative space.

What Youll Bring

• Proven photography production experiencewithin a studio environment ideally in a multi platform retail or content setting
• Strongorganisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with confidence working cross functionally and managing stakeholders and vendors
• Working knowledge ofPhotoshop Microsoft Word and Excel with good overall digital literacy
