Summary of Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team supporting the healthcare supply this role you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy preparing shipments handling temperature-sensitive products and ensuring warehouse operations are completed safely and efficiently. You will play an important role in supporting the timely distribution of essential healthcare products while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
- Update warehouse transactions inventory records and shipment documentation accurately.
- Maintain product traceability through accurate record keeping and system updates.
- Identify and process on-hold damaged or non-conforming materials in line with procedures.
- Coordinate the movement of materials using approved warehouse equipment.
- Prepare packaging materials and shipment staging areas for outbound deliveries.
- Escalate inventory discrepancies and non-standard handling issues promptly.
- Support safe efficient and compliant warehouse operations at all times.
Skills and Knowledge

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience than 2 years of experience in warehouse support distribution operations shipping receiving inventory control material handling or a related field Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification in warehouse operations processes including receiving storage picking packing staging and in inventory control principles stock movement tracking and material traceability in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and in packaging materials reusable shipping assets and replenishment practices within warehouse in shipment documentation operational recordkeeping and transaction processing in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and to identify inventory packaging shipment and material handling exceptions for further to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
