Command Pest Control is growing and were looking for a motivated and reliable Pest Control Service Technician to join our team.

For the right person well provide full training recognised qualifications and ongoing support to help you build your skills and develop a successful career in pest control. This role offers a starting salary of 27000 for Trainee or Level 1 Technician raising to 29000 for Level 2 Qualified Technician. This also comes with opportunity to earn bonus payments via recommended works that are accepted and opportunities to deliver overtime works as needed at enhanced rates of pay.

The Role

Youll be responsible for managing your own service area and daily schedule carrying out inspections and treatments across a range of customer sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out pest inspections and treatments.
• Managing your own daily schedule and service area.
• Building strong relationships with customers.
• Providing preventative advice and recommendations.
• Completing accurate service reports.
• Delivering excellent customer service on every visit.
• Working independently while being supported by an experienced team.
• Learning and developing your technical pest control knowledge and skills.

What Were Looking For

Were open to applications from both experienced pest technicians and people looking to get into the industry.

For experienced technicians youll ideally have previous pest control experience and relevant qualifications.

If youre new to pest control thats not a problem - full training will be provided and well support you through the relevant industry qualifications.

Were looking for someone who is:

• Positive reliable and willing to learn.
• A full UK driving licence holder.
• Confident communicating with customers.
• Organised self-motivated and able to manage their own workload.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
• Practical and hands-on in their approach.
• Interested in developing a long-term career in pest control.
