Looking for a practical outdoor role with real career progression

Were looking for a motivated and hands-on Pest & Bird Control Technician to join our growing team.

Whether youre starting your career looking for a change or simply want a role where youre out and about rather than behind a desk this could be the opportunity for you.

No previous pest control experience is required. Well provide full training ongoing mentoring and support you in achieving your RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management giving you a recognised industry qualification and a clear pathway to becoming a fully qualified technician.

What youll be doing

With full training and support youll learn to:

• Deliver professional pest and bird control services across a variety of customer sites.
• Carry out inspections and identify signs of pest activity.
• Assist with treatment plans and bird deterrent installations.
• Monitor sites and accurately record and report your findings.
• Provide a friendly and professional service to customers.
• Develop the skills and confidence to work independently across your region.
• Attend regular team meetings training sessions and development days.

No two days will be the same. Youll work across a mixture of residential commercial and industrial sites gaining valuable experience across different environments and pest control challenges.
