• Deliver personalized styling consultations creating emotional connections and unforgettable experiences
• Inspire customers to experiment with their style offering creative flair and tailored advice
• Build strong customer relationships and promote loyalty programs
• Achieve individual and team sales goals taking accountability for results
• Collaborate as a team player and contribute to store success

About You

• Experienced in a multicultural retail environment preferably in luxury fashion cosmetics or lifestyle brands
• Passionate and experienced in styling with a strong sense of personal style and creative flair
• Excellent questioning listening and customer service skills
• Digitally proficient and comfortable using retail technology
• A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship
• Curious empathetic and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
