Personal Injury Paralegal

Purpose:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Claimant Personal Injury Paralegal to deal with and run an RTA case load of OIC disputed claims.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of RTA claims OIC claims where liability is disputed or partially disputed
• Pursuing claims through pre and post-litigation stages making full use of our case management system;
• Complying with agreed service standards;
• Communicating with clients insurers expert witnesses Counsel and solicitors;
• Dealing with administration as required.

Skills/Competencies Required:

• Previous claimant personal injury case handling experience including liability disputed cases involving split settlements;
• Previous experience of dealing with MIB claims;
• Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Good attention to detail;
