Are you an experienced Theatre Practitioner with experience & a passion for orthopaedics

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a well-equipped private hospital setting with a strong focus on quality care efficiency and patient experience.

The Role

Youll play a key role in delivering safe high-quality perioperative care including:

• Scrubbing for a range of orthopaedic procedures (e.g. joint replacements arthroscopy and minor procedures)
• Supporting the theatre team across the perioperative pathway
• Preparing equipment and ensuring theatres are safe and compliant
• Working collaboratively with surgeons anaesthetists and wider MDT
• Contributing to clinical quality governance and continuous improvement
• Supporting junior staff and contributing to a positive team culture

What Were Looking For:

• Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
• Experience working in theatre in an orthopaedic setting
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive patient-focused approach
• Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards
