Performance & Reward Expert

• Lead key global Compensation & Benefits projects including EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation and job evaluation framework review.
• Deliver gender pay gap analysis reporting and remediation planning aligned with regulatory requirements and annual salary cycles.
• Drive harmonisation and governance of our Mercer-based global job architecture ensuring consistency across acquisitions and business lines.
• Support annual compensation cycles bonus processes and market benchmarking including modelling tools and communication.
• Act as trusted advisor to People & Culture stakeholders on reward topics while continuously improving policies analytics and frameworks.

Qualifications :

• University degree in HR Business Finance Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits ideally in a global environment.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale reward projects (e.g. pay equity job architecture benefits or incentive design).
• Strong knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and multi-country compensation practices.
• Solid experience in job evaluation frameworks; Mercer IPE is an advantage.
• Advanced analytical and technical skills (Excel modelling data reconciliation).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with very good English; additional European language (e.g. German) is a plus.
