Job Title: Performance Officer
Salary: 36083 to 45103 (salary offered dependent on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Mariner House Dartford/Agile
Were looking for a proactive and analytical Performance Officer to join our Service Excellence and Compliance this role youll support the development of performance management compliance service improvement and policy across Housing and Customer Services. Youll gather analyse and present performance data to help drive informed decision-making challenge underperformance and ensure our services remain customer-focused compliant and effective.
Working closely with colleagues customers and stakeholders youll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives develop performance reports and dashboards support new performance frameworks and help shape policies and procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into insight and making a measurable impact on service delivery.
Essential Criteria
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills with experience interpreting and manipulating data.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI to produce reports and insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting information to a range of audiences.
- Ability to identify trends solve problems and develop practical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Understanding of the housing sector and its regulatory environment.
- A proactive customer-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
