The role focuses on translating People Strategy into practical actions that improve colleague experiences and support business day you will Partner with leaders and managers to understand business priorities and deliver people-focused solutions. Providing expert advice coaching and challenge on employee relations performance and people management matters. Using people data and insights to identify trends manage risks and support informed decision-making. Driving talent succession and workforce planning activities to build capability for the future.
