NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a People Experience Partner to join our team during an exciting period of transformation working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients People Experience Partner plays a key role in delivering our People Strategy through strong partnerships with leaders and managers across assigned a people-centred approach with data-led decision making the role supports the delivery of directorate people plans that drive colleague engagement capability performance and organisational closely with People Experience Leads specialist People teams and business leaders the People Experience Partner provides pragmatic advice coaching and challenge to ensure people priorities align with business objectives and organisational values. The role focuses on translating People Strategy into practical actions that improve colleague experiences and support business day you will Partner with leaders and managers to understand business priorities and deliver people-focused solutions. Providing expert advice coaching and challenge on employee relations performance and people management matters. Using people data and insights to identify trends manage risks and support informed decision-making. Driving talent succession and workforce planning activities to build capability for the future.
