People Coordinator

Job Type: Full Time 40 hours

Salary: 32000

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle including onboarding contractual changes probation reviews and leavers.
• Maintain accurate HR records produce people data reports and ensure compliance with employment legislation GDPR and company policies.
• Support managers and employees with HR queries and employee relations matters including disciplinary grievance absence and performance processes.
• Coordinate recruitment onboarding and learning and development activities to support talent attraction and retention.
• Contribute to employee engagement wellbeing initiatives People projects and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in an HR People or administrative role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
