Werenow looking for a People and Payroll Co-ordinator to help ensure our people processes run smoothly our dataremainsaccurate and our colleagues receive a high-quality service throughout their employment with us.

What Youll Be Doing
As our People and Payroll Co-ordinatoryoullplay a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our People Team.
You will:

Coordinate the monthly payroll process ensuring colleagues are paid accurately and on time.

Administer pensions employeebenefitsand reward-related processes.

Maintainaccuratepeople datarecordsand documentation throughout the colleague lifecycle.

Act as a first point of contact for People systemspayrolland process-related queries.
-
Produce reports and management information to support decision-making and compliance.
-
Coordinate key compliance activities andmonitorimportant deadlines.

Support managers and colleagues with routine People Team enquiries.

Help improve processessystemsand ways of working to enhance the colleague experience.

Contribute to People Team projects and wider organisational priorities.

More About You
You will have:

Experience in payroll administration or payroll coordination.
-
Experience working in an administrative or coordination role.
-
Experiencemaintainingaccuraterecords and data.
-
Experience using HRpayrollor workforce systems.
-
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
-
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
-
Strong customer service and communication skills.
-
Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
-
The ability to work independently use initiative andidentifyopportunities for improvement.
It would be great if you also have:

CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
-
A payroll qualification or relevant payroll training.
-
Knowledge of pensions administration and statutory payroll requirements.
Werelooking for someone who is proactive dependable and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver great outcomes for colleagues and the business.

Salary circa 35000 depending on experience
