Salary: From 31126 per annum (full time equivalent) paid pro rata based on contracted hours

Location: *Hybrid working - Norwich Office (with travel across Charity sites as required)

Hours: Up to 30 hours per week with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week. Flexible approach to weekly working hours will be considered.

East Anglian Air Ambulance is a regional charity that provides life-saving care across Bedfordshire Cambridgeshire Norfolk Suffolk and beyond.

With two state-of-the-art helicopters and a fleet of critical care vehicles our expert teams of doctors and paramedics bring advanced prehospital emergency medical care directly to people when they need it most.

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Advisor to join our life-saving charity.

Were looking for an experienced proactive and people focused People Advisor to join our People Team. This is an opportunity to make a real difference helping shape the experience of employees across the organisation while contributing to a culture where everyone feels valued supported and able to perform at their best.

As a trusted Advisor you will partner with managers and colleagues across the organisation providing expert guidance on a wide range of people matters. You will be able to contribute to employee relations matters and organisational change projects to recruitment wellbeing and equality diversity and inclusion initiatives. You will play a key role in helping us create a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Reporting to the Head of People you will:

• Build strong relationships with managers and teams supporting them through the full employee lifecycle.
• Lead recruitment activity and partner with managers to attract and retain talented people.
• Support organisational development initiatives restructures and change programmes.
• Act as a trusted advisor providing expert guidance on employee relations matters.
• Contribute to the development and review of people policies and processes.
• Help shape and deliver wellbeing engagement and EDI initiatives.
• Support workforce reporting analytics and payroll processes using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion a positive inclusive and values-led employee experience.

Youll bring:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing employee relations casework.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting organisational development and people-focused projects.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using HR systems and people data.
• Excellent communication influencing and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to build credibility quickly and work effectively with managers at all levels.
• A collaborative solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for helping people thrive at work.
