Your role and responsibilities

You will assist in the provision of a proactive efficient and effective pensions service while being responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records through to the calculation and payment of benefits in line with the relevant legislation.

  • Carrying out a range of pensions administration duties within guidelines including performing calculations and accurate checking of pension records by using procedures legislation policies and technical knowledge.
  • Calculating the whole range of individual pension and related entitlements.
  • Ensuring the pension service to customers is accurate timely and complies with relevant legislation.
  • Providing clear written and verbal information to customers and clients.

You will need

  • to be able to remain calm under pressure and always meet deadlines
  • to positively embrace changes to working practices and requirements.
