Grade 6.1 52479 pa including London Weighting rising incrementally to 54257 pa including London Weighting (actual pro rata salary is 20991 pa including LW rising incrementally to 21207 pa including LW)

Location:
Congress House flexible working policy with most staff expected to work from the office for a minimum of 50% of working hours each fortnight.

The TUC is looking for a Pensions Scheme Administrator to join our Operations team

The TUC operates a Superannuation Society which his both an occupational pension scheme and a Friendly Society run by the TUC. The scheme has around 800 members including 164 active members and assets of around 115m.

The post holder will provide administrative support to ensure that the scheme is run as effectively as possible.

The post holder will have responsibility for maintaining various governance materials including the business plan risk register trustee policies conflicts register trustee training logs and other addition the post holder will play a key role in preparing the Schemes Own Risk Assessment and assist with the production of the scheme report and accounts.

Whatexperienceskillsknowledgeand understanding do you need

  • You will be experienced in liaising with professional advisers and monitoring budgets
  • Youll have a sound knowledge occupational pension schemes in the UK
  • Youll be experienced in administering committees
  • Youll have the ability to understand complex information and communicate it clearly communicate it to others
