As a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) youll provide personalized one-on-one care in the environments where children thrive. Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligible to obtain licensure by the anticipated start date
- One year of experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with physician-approved plans of care
- Implement treatment plans to improve strength balance mobility coordination range of motion endurance gait and functional independence
- Educate and train families and caregivers on therapeutic exercises positioning mobility techniques and home programs
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Collaborate with physicians therapists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated high-quality patient care
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Pay: $35.00$40.00 per hour
