Role: Teacher of Physical Education KS3KS4

A secondary school in Kendal is seeking a PE Teacher who can deliver practical lessons and encourage participation in a wide range of physical activities. The role includes supporting pupils development in fitness teamwork and sporting technique.
The Role
Teach PE across KS3 and KS4.
Deliver practical activities across a range of sports.
Develop pupils understanding of fitness performance and healthy lifestyles.
Assess practical progress and provide constructive feedback.
Contribute to extracurricular clubs and sporting events as required.
The Candidate
Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has strong practical PE knowledge.
Can manage lessons safely and engage pupils of different abilities.
Demonstrates effective organisation and behaviour management.
