A successful girls grammar school in Braintree is seeking a PE and Dance Teacher to provide maternity cover. The successful candidate will deliver a broad practical curriculum and support the schools competitive and creative sporting programme.

The Role

• PE Delivery: Teach practical PE and theory across KS3 GCSE and selected KS5 groups.

• Dance Instruction: Develop choreography performance and movement skills.

• Sporting Activities: Support clubs fixtures and school competitions.

• Student Leadership: Encourage teamwork confidence and peer leadership.

• Showcase Events: Contribute to sporting demonstrations and dance performances.

The Candidate

• Relevant Degree: A degree in PE Sports Science Dance or a related subject.

• Practical Skills: Strong knowledge of sport and dance performance.

• Teaching Expertise: Ability to motivate students across a range of abilities.
