We are looking for driven and ambitious payroll project manager professionals who are keen to develop a challenging and stimulating career. As an Project Manager you will play a critical role in onboarding new clients to EYs Payroll Operate solution in the UK and globally. Your key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of payroll projects ensuring milestones are met on time within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans proactively managing risks issues and dependencies.
• Ensure the efficient use of resources including planning and managing project staffing requirements.
• Drive compliance with EYs delivery methodology and project governance standards.
• Own project financials including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
• Manage changes to project scope timelines and resourcing in a controlled and transparent manner.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and EY quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across project teams functions and geographies.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships providing regular progress updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
