About the Role
As our Payroll Officer youll play a key role in delivering seamless payroll services across the organisation:
- Process fortnightly payroll using Aurion Payroll and Humanforce Rostering
- Accurately calculate and pay wages leave terminations Workers Compensation and more
- Maintain confidential employee data and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Handle payroll queries with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with end-of-year processes audits and reporting
- Support staff and managers with payroll policies and training
What You Will Bring
- Several years experience in end-to-end payroll functions
- Proven expertise in payroll systems (Aurion preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to working effectively as part of a team
