Payroll Administrator

Your role as Payroll Administrator 

• Data input of employee information into Workday

• Validating data entered onto Workday by employees and managers

• Processing payroll and checking calculations of statutory payments and deductions

• Processing of absence and calculation of sick/maternity/paternity/shared parental/adoption payments

• Assist with any ad hoc project work as required

What youll bring 

• Good numeric and literacy skills GCSE Maths and English (9-6 or A*-B) are essential further education is desirable 

• Good level of IT literacy inclusive of Microsoft Excel

• 1-year high volume Payroll experience (desirable but not essential)

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Proven team player with high levels of integrity confidentiality and discretion

• Organised methodical self-motivated and committed to providing quality service

• Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand; a can do attitude

• Ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines

• Excellent communication skills
