Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Payments Test Lead with extensive expertise in leading end-to-end testing initiatives across payment platforms and financial systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of payment processing test strategy development automation API testing and stakeholder management while driving quality assurance across complex enterprise programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA and testing activities for payment applications ensuring high-quality delivery across system integration regression UAT and security testing.

• Define and implement test strategies plans governance and quality assurance processes aligned with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Manage test teams coordinate with business development and vendor stakeholders and drive defect management through resolution.

• Oversee API and interface testing using REST/SOAP services XML JSON Postman simulators and stubs.

• Support CI/CD and DevOps practices to enable continuous testing and faster releases.

• Produce and review test documentation including test strategies test plans requirements analysis traceability matrices release reports and quality metrics.

• Ensure compliance with payment industry standards regulatory requirements and security controls.

Required Skills:

• 20 years of QA/Test Management experience with significant exposure to Payments and Financial Services.

• Strong expertise in Functional Integration System Regression Component Smoke Sanity Security and UAT testing.

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman REST SOAP XML XSD and JSON.

• Proficiency with JIRA Confluence GitHub HP Quality Center/Test Director LoadRunner and defect management tools.

• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and release management.

• Excellent leadership stakeholder management communication and documentation skills.
