Up to 14.00 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Patients Accounts Officer to join our Highgate Hospital this role youll play a critical part in the billing process contributing directly to the patient experience and the success of our services.

As a Patient Account Officer you will:

• Assist the supervisor and management of Salesforce queues

• Liaise with hospital teams to resolve billing issues and escalate when required

• Manage billing queries through the effective use of agreed procedures and in co-ordination with the customer services team.

• Propose improvements and seek opportunities to optimise ways of working within the team.
