We Offer:

Rate: Up to 17.00 per hour

Contract: Full time / Permanent

About the Pastry Chef role:

• Food preparation stock rotation and food labelling
• Lead daily pastry operations taking on a management role to support the Head Pastry chef. 
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
• Work with the Pastry Team on a daily basis to develop recipes and deliver quality product

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Excellent understanding of food safety hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Passion for fresh seasonal ingredients and high-quality food presentation.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across kitchen teams.
• Flexible proactive and adaptable approach to work.
