Home to a Michelin Star 4 AA Rosettes a Michelin One Key Hotel and 4 AA Red Stars this independently owned property has earned a reputation as one of the UKs leading culinary destinations. Working within a highly skilled brigade youll play a key role in producing beautiful desserts petit fours and pastry creations that match the exceptional standards expected of one of the countrys finest restaurants.

The Olive Tree Restaurant is Baths only Michelin-starred restaurant combining refined modern cooking with exceptional seasonal produce and meticulous attention to detail. Set within the elegant Queensberry Hotel the restaurant offers an intimate fine dining experience where every dish is crafted with precision and creativity.
The kitchen prides itself on developing talented chefs within a supportive independently owned business that genuinely values its people.
Working as part of the pastry team youll be responsible for producing exceptional desserts breads petit fours and pastry items to Michelin standards whilst maintaining consistency creativity and attention to detail throughout every service.
Youll work closely with the senior kitchen team contributing ideas refining techniques and continually developing your skills within one of the UKs most respected kitchens.
- Up to 44000 annual package
- Base salary of 41093
- Approximately 3000 annual gratuities
- Four-day working week (48 hours)

Were looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience within a quality pastry kitchen ideally at 3 AA Rosette level or above
- Excellent technical pastry skills and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for fine dining and exceptional ingredients
- A calm organised approach during busy services
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A desire to learn and develop within a Michelin-starred environment
- High standards of hygiene organisation and consistency
