Wayman Education is recruiting for a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to join a secondary school in Bradford. The successful candidate will work closely with students families and school staff to support attendance behaviour wellbeing and engagement.

The Role:
Provide day-to-day pastoral support to students.
Monitor attendance punctuality and behaviour.
Build positive relationships with students and families.
Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams.
Support students to remain engaged with education.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with young people.
Experience in a pastoral education or support role desirable.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Calm patient and organised approach.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
