Pastoral Support Assistant Havering
Senovo is recruiting a Pastoral Support Assistant for an SEN school in Havering. This is a rewarding opportunity to help secondary-aged pupils develop confidence improve engagement and feel secure in their school routines.
The role
Provide individual and small-group pastoral support.
Help pupils manage behaviour attendance and relationships positively.
Reinforce clear routines and restorative approaches.
Work with teaching pastoral and safeguarding colleagues.
About you
Experience in SEN schools youth work mentoring or pastoral support.
Calm professional communication and clear boundaries.
Reliable mature and able to build trusted relationships.
QTS is not required for this support role.
Pay: 95115 per day PAYE. Full-time opportunity.
