About the role
As aPartnerships Officeryou will:
- Providecomprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Partnerships team.
- Managethe administration of sponsorshippartnershipand exhibition agreements ensuring contracts and deliverables are accurately tracked.
- Maintainand developaccuraterecords within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other business systems supporting reporting and forecasting activity.
- Coordinatecommercial and financial processes including invoicing contractmonitoringand income tracking.
- Supportthe delivery of partnership events meetings and communications including stakeholder engagement and logistical coordination.
- Actasa central pointof contact for partnership-related enquiries and team activities.
About you
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Haveexperience providing high-quality administrative or coordination support in a busy environment.
- Areconfident managing contracts records and tracking multiple deadlines.
- Haveexperience using CRM or database systems tomaintaininformation and produce reports.
- Possessexcellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy building positive stakeholder relationships.
- Arehighly organised detail-orientedand proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook WordExceland PowerPoint.
- Thrivein a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage competing priorities.
