About the role

As aPartnerships Officeryou will:

  • Providecomprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Partnerships team.
  • Managethe administration of sponsorshippartnershipand exhibition agreements ensuring contracts and deliverables are accurately tracked.
  • Maintainand developaccuraterecords within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other business systems supporting reporting and forecasting activity.
  • Coordinatecommercial and financial processes including invoicing contractmonitoringand income tracking.
  • Supportthe delivery of partnership events meetings and communications including stakeholder engagement and logistical coordination.
  • Actasa central pointof contact for partnership-related enquiries and team activities.

About you

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Haveexperience providing high-quality administrative or coordination support in a busy environment.
  • Areconfident managing contracts records and tracking multiple deadlines.
  • Haveexperience using CRM or database systems tomaintaininformation and produce reports.
  • Possessexcellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy building positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Arehighly organised detail-orientedand proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook WordExceland PowerPoint.
  • Thrivein a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage competing priorities.
