Job Summary

Our first shop opened in 1981 in Penzance selling durable clothing to artists and mariners. Today were a modern data-enabled omnichannel retailer with a growing international presence. We blend heritage with innovation designing timeliness clothing made from responsibility sourced fabrics and using technology to improve how we operate grow and serve we scale in the UK and internationally (primarily through third-party partnerships) were investing in data systems and digital capability to support our people and our growth. Its an exciting time to join us!As our Partnership Data Assistant youll play an important part in making sure our third party partners have everything they need to showcase our products accurately and on work closely with teams across partnerships merchandising photography marketing and buying to collect product information prepare data templates and keep everything up to date for launches. Your work helps ensure that our products appear correctly across partner websites and that customers see clear consistent information wherever they role is a full-time permanent contract. Please note as part of our Seasalt Connected approach to ways of working this role will be based flexibly across our Cornwall head office locations (minimum 40% of working week but the nature of some roles may require more working time in our head offices) and remotely within the UK. Youll help us by:Gathering product details and imagery from multiple systems and preparing partner templates using spreadsheets and internal all product data and images sent to partners are accurate complete and delivered within agreed weekly updates on upcoming launches with internal teams and partners flagging any delays or actions partner websites to confirm which items are live and whether product details and descriptions are displaying back any issues or observations to channel merchandising and partnership account partner performance or product information and sharing it with the relevant internal positive working relationships across teams involved in the product data and imagery the wider partnerships team with ad-hoc tasks and project support as skills youll be sharing with the team:Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint Teams and Google previous relevant data administration and operations experience preferably from a retail environment or relevant communication relationship building skills both internally and organised and by a challenge with the ability to work well in a busy and fast-moving retail we hope youll love working with us:The success of Seasalt is down to the skill and hard work of our team.
