Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional Partner Marketing Specialist to join Workatos growing team. This role supports both the Partner Marketing and Partner Sales teams by coordinating demand gen activities with partners and supporting partner-facing marketing activities. The ideal candidate is marketing-savvy possesses strong business acumen for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders and adopts an ROI-centric approach. This individual should be able to think strategically about marketing and translate that strategy into successful events communications assets and overall Partner Ecosystem demand generation growth loyalty and culture.

In this role you will also be responsible to:

  • Plan coordinate and execute co-marketing activities and campaigns with Workato System Integrator partners.

  • Support planning and execution of Workatos partner-facing conferences

  • Work closely with Partner Sales to build strategic demand generation plans

  • Monitor analyze and communicate the performance of partner marketing activities against ARR ROI and pipeline goals.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 5 years of relevant marketing experience.

  • Proficient in partner marketing and knowledgeable in partner sales strategies with a proven track record of creating and implementing successful co-marketing activities.

  • Experience in coordinating events (webinars in-person events trade shows etc.) including landing page builds content creation and presenter management.

  • Digital communication experience including emails and social media.

  • Exceptional verbal written and copy-editing skills.

  • Background in B2B SaaS and Partner Marketing is desired.

  • Bachelors degree required (Sales Marketing Business Operations).

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced matrix organization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to capture and use key data and insights to drive marketing strategies and decisions.

  • Excellent communication presentation copy-editing and writing skills.
