Part-Time Wedding Coordinator - Lumley Castle Hotel Chester-le-Street County Durham
Do you have exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Part-Time Wedding Coordinator to join our Sales Team at the iconic Lumley Castle Hotel.
As a Wedding Coordinator you play a key role in helping couples plan their special day guiding them through every stage of their wedding journey and ensuring their fairytale castle wedding becomes a reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing wedding enquiries and conducting venue show rounds.
- Building relationships with couples and assisting with planning their wedding day.
- Creating and issuing quotes and contracts.
- Coordinating wedding details with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintaining regular communication with couples throughout the planning process.
- Supporting the Sales Team in achieving wedding revenue targets.
- Attending wedding fairs open days and promotional events as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in hospitality events weddings or sales would be preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A confident and professional manner with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Hours:
Part-time approximately 24 hours per week including some weekend and evening work to support weddings open days and appointments.
